Superbowl is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy some fun foods with friends and family!Although I’ve never seen any of the games and have no clue as to how its played, I surely enjoy snacking and having a great time, while the die hard fans are glued to the TV!My appetizer today is a great option for anyone looking for a healthier alternative to the traditional Buffalo wings. My Tofu Buffalo Bites couldn’t be easier and are great for any occasion.

I’d initially thought of using just the Buffalo Wing Sauce, but realized it was overly tangy and quite hot!Solution?Adding some sweet honey!Honey gives a nice glaze to the sauce and makes it stick to the Tofu giving it lots of flavor.A healthy appetizer that’s easy, delicious and you can swap the honey for agave or any liquid sweetener for your Vegan guests!

This was so delicious! Thank you so much for the great recipe. It was even better than I thought it was going to be. One pack of tofu really wasn’t enough!

Honestly, I’m not sure if I’ve ever eaten tofu, but I think if I’m to try it, this would be the way to go! I have a few vegetarian and vegan friends who would love this.

Don’t know if you saw my previous comment.

Bottomline: I want to thank you for creating a brilliant recipe for tofu. I love it plain but many others in my family like it dressed up. And you have produced the perfect solution =)

Hi, Soni! Remember my sticky wings? My daughter’s roommate made THOSE with tofu after I posted them since they don’t eat meat. She said they were delicious. Apparently your two great minds think alike! I do believe your tofu Buffalo bites could convert many a non-tofu eater! They look wonderful!
